Lead follow-up reminder
When a lead has been “Contacted” for three days with no reply, the flow drafts a follow-up and reminds you to send it.
Step 1 of 5 · Trigger
Lead “Contacted”
A scheduled run finds leads whose status has been “Contacted” for three days.
What you set up
Add a “Last contacted” date field and a view filtered to three days or older.
Watch for
Time zones in date fields can shift results by a day.
Setup steps
Add the date and status fields
Track when you last contacted each lead and whether they replied.
Create the “needs follow-up” view
Filter to Contacted, no reply, three days or older.
Schedule the Make scenario
Run it each morning on working days.
Draft, do not send
Create Gmail drafts so a person approves every message.
Send one aggregated reminder
List all leads in a single Telegram message with links.
Mark follow-ups sent
Update the status and date once you send, so leads do not repeat.
Test it before you rely on it
- Create a lead dated four days ago and run the scenario.
- Confirm a replied lead is excluded.
- Run twice and confirm no duplicate drafts.
Caveats
- Automated outreach can breach anti-spam rules in some regions. This flow only prepares drafts for a person to send.
- AI drafts can be wrong or off-tone. Always review.
